Rental Rates

Most extended stay rentals charge extra for items we include in the basic rental fee. Our rate structure is quite simple. One charge covers everything, including utilities!

Sienna 2122 is completely furnished, including all of the furniture, appliances, utensils, linens and towels you would normally use day to day. This is our vacation home when guests such as yourselves are not staying, so we want it nicely appointed. Extras we include are:

High speed wireless cable internet
Cable TV
All towels and linens included
Cleaning at the end of your stay (periodic cleaning can be arranged for during your stay if you want it, and there is an extra charge for pets!)
All utilities paid, including electric, cable TV, and wireless cable internet. We do not have a condo phone since most people prefer their own cell phone. If you need one it can be arranged.

We do collect a $1,000 security deposit, fully refundable if the condo is left in the same condition it was when you arrived.

Monthly rents are as follows:

January - March $ 2,495 per month
April - June 1,895 per month
July - September 1,295 per month
October - December 1,895 per month

Many facilities that rent units daily, weekly, or even monthly tend to draw a more transient clientele. The shorter the term of rental the less likely they are to treat the property and other guests with respect. To encourage this our condo association requests a minimum stay of three months.

Special situations:

We offer special rates for special time periods. If you fall into this category drop us an email to let us know exactly what you are looking for. We will try to make some accommodation to suit us both.
We also offer special discounts for longer term rentals, i.e. a corporate transfer into the area, or a house sale with an extended closing. Let us know what you need.
For example, we'll discount the total bill 10% for stays over three months. We'll go to 20% for stays over six months. And if you want to lease for a year we'll take 30% off the total. For those of you numerically challenged, or simply not within reach of a calculator, that would come to $1,326.50 per month for a fully furnished, nicely appointed condo, all utilities paid. You could move in tomorrow, just bring your clothes!

Your stay does not have to begin on the first of the month or quarter. If the unit is available you can start your stay at any time of the month or year. Check our Calendar to see what is available. Fees would be prorated by day according to the monthly rent. If you have any question or are unsure what your total would be send an email with the times you are looking for and we'll reply with the total costs.

Sienna 2122 Exclusive Guarantee

We are so certain you will like our place we offer an exclusive, unconditional Guarantee of Customer Satisfaction.

If, for any reason, within the first 30 days of your stay you decide our condo is not up to your expectations, you can cancel all or part of the time remaining past the first 30 days, without penalty. The first 30 days are charged in full, but any days paid for and not used after 30 will be refunded. Any charges for cleaning will remain in effect. The security deposit arrangement remains in effect.
