Reservations

Once you have looked at our Calendar of open dates and found what you want, you can simply send us an email with your name, email address, phone number, and the dates you are looking for.  Or if you prefer you can fill in and submit the form below.  Either way we will let you know if those dates are still available and what your total cost will be. At this point we don't need a lot of information, just enough to get the process started.

Fill out as much information as you can.  We try to answer all emails the same day we receive them, though sometimes when we're traveling we may miss a day or two.  We do answer all emails in the order received, and as soon as we can we will be back to you with confirmed dates and pricing.

                      

 

After we confirm the dates and rate, we'll send more information, and get you a Lease Agreement to sign.  If you have pets there is also a Pet Addendum to sign.  The security deposit and the first months rent is due when you return the signed rental commitment.  Each succeeding months rent is due 30 days prior to the first of that month.  For example, rent for the month of March would be due on February 1st.

Keep in mind that nothing is locked up until we receive the signed rental form and the deposits.  We will reply to you as soon as we can, and we will give you a fair amount of time to return everything.  But if a week or so goes by and we have not received the paperwork, we will probably be looking for another renter.

If you are not sure of the exact dates, or perhaps just have some additional questions, go ahead and send us an email anyway.  It's not a commitment on your part, but it is a way for us to get to know you better.  We'll respond with answers to your questions, or additional information you might need.
