Sienna 2122 is tastefully decorated with a distinctly Southwest flavor. Furniture, linens, wall coverings and tableware, everything is done in earthy tones. Plus, our condo was completely redecorated in 2004 with all new carpets, tile, paint, cabinets, counter tops, appliances and fixtures. Everything is new!

Rules & Regulations

Just like everyone we have a few Rules & Regulations. It's a rule that you have to have rules, isn't it?

Sienna Condominiums Rules & Regulations

Sienna Condominiums has developed a set of rules to ensure all neighbors remain neighborly. Hours of pool and tennis court use, parking, pets and their waste, use of the clubhouse, etc. One of their rules is that every owner and each of their tenants must read and sign off they have read, understand, and will abide by the rules. Sounds onerous but at least you know everyone will play by the same rules. Here is a sampling of the rules:

Pool Hours 6:30am - 10:00pm daily
Children under 14 not allowed at the pool without adult supervision
No glass or pets are allowed at the pool
Fitness room is open 6:00am - 10:00pm daily, first-come, first-served
Tennis court is open 6:30am - 10:00pm daily, first-come, first-served
No more than two pets allowed per unit, maximum 40 pounds each
Pets must be leashed or caged when outside the unit
Pet droppings must be immediately picked up and properly disposed of

Download a copy of the Sienna Condominiums Rules & Regulations so you can read and be aware of them. If you decide to rent our condo somewhere you will sign or initial that you have read these rules.

Sienna 2122 Rules & Regulations

Not nearly as detailed as the rules above, but very important. We want to make sure that the tenant that follows you enjoys our condo as much as we are sure you will. And we want to have some reasonable assurance that the place we turned over to you will be enjoyable to us next time we visit.

NO SMOKING - this rule is absolute and strictly enforced - no exceptions
No Pets without written approval
No redecorating, though you can move the furniture a little to suit yourself
No painting or lock changing - we like it as it is
Try an unknown bottle of wine from the wine rack, then replace it with one of your favorites
Read a book or watch a video from the condo library - add to the collection if you like
Add to the "ship's log" if something important happens, if you find a notable restaurant, or you heard a joke or poem worth remembering
Relax and enjoy

Pets

The subject of pets always comes up. Do we allow pets? Yes, within reason, and with some restrictions. If you have not already done so please take a few minutes to visit the Humane Society's web site and read their information on Renting With Pets.

First thing we need you to do is download and read our Pet Policies. We have strict rules on size, type, and quantity of pets we allow. If you have any questions or something is not clear send an email and we'll get you an answer immediately.

If our policies do not seem too onerous, download, fill out and return our Pet Application Form. This will tell us about you and your pets, and get the rental process started.
